Installed chess club site onto new server. The actual Quesnel Chess Club has not been meeting for a couple years. This
was due in part to a lack of interest by Quesnel citizens and in part to personal issues. I will continue to operate a
virtual club (online) and have renamed it to Javacrypt Chess Club.
